Job Description
Mechanics work in the garage to make the calculations on the major systems of the engine and to make sure the technics on the engine generate peak performance.

Food safety is an absolute must in our restaurants, so stay committed!

Kitchen safety is just as important as food safety. We have to make sure all Crew Members are protected in a safe environment at all times.

Cleanliness is a part of everyone’s job. Would you want to eat at a dirty restaurant? Neither do our Fans!

Each one of our menu items has a recipe that should be followed. This helps ensure that every menu items tastes the same, regardless of which Mechanic is preparing. It will also help us control our food cost.

Pay attention to the kitchen display system (KDS). Our Fans like to customize their orders, and it is important that we get it right on the first shot!

Having the Engine Specialist is nice, but we should always make sure that we put up a plate that is expo ready!

Uses First In First Out (FIFO) rule to ensure proper rotation. This helps us minimize food waste and keeps fresh product on our Fan’s plates.

There will be times where Crew Members have to help out with storing product, so lifting up to 50 pounds is normal.
