Requirements

· Assists servers throughout shift by performing table maintenance whenever necessary
· Clears, cleans and resets tables as needed
· Assists bartenders by stocking beer and ice
· Sweeps/ cleans the floor to maintain cleanliness
· Visually observes guests and can respond to non-verbal cues
· Assists servers by stocking stations
· Communicates with host staff concerning table updates to ensure the continuous flow of seated guests
· Assists with rolling silverware when necessary
· Upholds and maintains cleanliness standards in all areas of the restaurant
· Empties trash cans into the dumpster and helps to maintain cleanliness
· Makes servers aware of any special requests at their tables
· Performs various tasks delegated by management. These may include but are not limited to sweeping, cleaning and other side work duties.
· Handles a guest complaint in a professional manner; follows the steps accordingly
· Follows food safety and general sanitation policies
· Completes perimeter checks as needed
· Completes all opening, ongoing and closing side work.
· Cleans and restocks restrooms.
· Bids a sincere farewell to all departing Fans (guests) within 10 feet
· Generates fun, and excitement through personality and positive attitude to help ensure many return visits by Fans
· Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Stands/walks during entire shift
· Ability to listen to Fans, respond verbally to them and interact with Crew Members
· Must reach, bend, stoop and wipe
· Can carry bus tubs weighing up to 40 pounds from all areas of the restaurant to the dish area
· Enthusiastic and professional attitude must be displayed at all times
· Operates a dish washing machine
