Job Description

The Mechanics wouldn't be able to keep the engine running without the help from the Spotter. The Spotter makes sure that all food product is prepared each shift to ensure our Fans get what they ask for!



  • Have a great attitude and be willing to learn.
  • Be honest and put your crew before yourself.
  • Always serve great conversation.
  • Anticipate our “Fans” needs and provide them the best service in the universe.
  • Food safety is an absolute must in our restaurants, so stay committed!
  • Cleanliness is a part of everyone’s job. Would you want to eat at a dirty restaurant? Neither do our Fans!
  • Fans don’t want to listen to a phone line ring over and over again, so make sure to answer all calls within 3 rings.
  • When answering the phone, use your personality to build conversation with the guest. Make sure to write down all specifics to their order.
  • Sell…Sell…Sell! Every restaurant has “order takers”. Crew Members should make sure to sell the Fans on our mouth watering food and our thirst quenching drinks.
  • Understand and efficiently operate Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Fans come to our restaurant for entertainment, mouth watering food, and thirst quenching drinks. Make sure we always give them our best!
  • Makes sure that the Wingo Window area is kept stocked for all necessary duties.
  • Kitchen safety is just as important as food safety. We have to make sure all Crew Members are protected in a safe environment at all times.
  • Each one of our menu items has a recipe that should be followed. This helps ensure that every menu items tastes the same, regardless of which Mechanic is preparing. It will also help us control our food cost.
  • Our Mechanics get extremely busy, so please make sure to follow all prep sheets and par levels accordingly to set fellow Crew Members up for success.
  • Store all prepped food in proper areas and make sure that day dots are used for freshness indicators.
  • Uses First In First Out (FIFO) rule to ensure proper rotation. This helps us minimize food waste and keeps fresh product on our Fan’s plates.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
