The Engine Specialist is concerned with one thing and one thing only, the health of the race car's engine to ensure maximum output!

Food safety is an absolute must in our restaurants, so stay committed!

Cleanliness is a part of everyone’s job. Would you want to eat at a dirty restaurant? Neither do our Fans!

The last kitchen Crew Member to put final touches on our Fan’s meal before it goes out. Make sure it is something you would eat and that the presentation is correct!

All Fans at one time or another customize their order. Make sure to pay attention to special requests on the kitchen display system (KDS) screen.

Being prepared for our Fans is key. Make sure to have your expo area prepped and ready for our busy times.

Uses First In First Out (FIFO) rule to ensure proper rotation. This helps us minimize food waste and keeps fresh product on our Fan’s plates.

There will be times where Crew Members have to help out with storing product, so lifting up to 50 pounds is normal.
