Job Description
Utility clearly has an important role in the overall operation of the Crew. They are often referred to as the seventh man (in the six man team that goes over the wall) and play an important role, especially in the second half of the race!

Cleanliness is a part of everyone’s job. Would you want to eat at a dirty restaurant? Neither do our Fans!

Understand that everyone gets extremely busy at some point throughout the shift. We are all Crew Members and should assist each other when necessary.

Stocking all workstations allows for speedy service.

Removes all trash from kitchen area and makes sure to place in correct disposal areas.

There will be times where Crew Members have to help out with storing product, so lifting up to 50 pounds is normal.

Performs other related duties as assigned
